Vendors

Become part of the Genesee Valley Quilt Club’s 2009 Quilt Festival as a vendor. The Genesee Valley Quilt Club (GVQC), has a membership of over 300 quilters. Based in Rochester, New York, this club expects the “Garden of Quilts” Quilt Festival to be the largest show in the region. Crowds from the northeast United States and Canada are expected to attend this three day affair of exhibitions, workshops and lectures.

Please consider becoming part of this event. Vendor booths are assigned on a first come, first served basis. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but time is critical, as our previous show had vendor spaces selling out 9 months in advance. As of August 2008, we have filled two thirds of our available vendor space, so hurry to become part of our GVQC Quilt Festival 2009.

RIT Gordon Field House

The Gordon Field House at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) in Rochester is a world class facility. With 60,000 square feet, three loading docks, ample parking, workshop and lecture rooms, as well as catering service, the venue promises to serve the festival well.

Hotel Accommodations

The official host hotel for vendors, adjacent to the RIT campus, will be the Radisson Hotel Rochester Airport, 175 Jefferson Rd, Henrietta, NY 14623. Phone (585) 475-1910 or 1-800-333-3333. Rooms are set aside for vendors at a special rate. Reservations are required by May 1, 2009.
