Day Pass $10
Weekend Pass $15
Lectures $5 per lecture. All lectures require a ticket.

Children under 12 are free with adult paid admission. 
Strollers are not allowed.

Take a four hour or more class -- Get a weekend festival Pass!
With workshops more than four hours you will receive a weekend pass. This pass is to be used by the workshop quilter and is not transferable. Only classes that are four hours or more apply to this savings, not a combination of classes.

Handicap access
All buildings at RIT are handicapped accessible.

On-Site Parking
The grounds of the RIT Gordon Field House offer plenty of free parking for cars and buses. Just follow the signs.

Quilt Festival Photography
Photos taken at the GVQC Quilt Festival are to be used for your personal enjoyment only. Photos are not to be used for any commercial purpose whatsoever. If you post your photos to your personal website, you must include appropriate credit for each quilt artist and note where and when the photos were taken. Please be responsible in how you use your images and help us to protect the rights of the quilt makers and others. Photographs of special exhibits are allowed unless otherwise posted on signs at the individual exhibit. Please ask permission before photographing any of our vendor booths. With permission, most vendors are more than happy for you to photograph their displays.

 

 

Demonstrations
Demonstrations run throughout the day at our demonstration area on the second floor. 

Vendors
With more than 60 vendors ringing the exhibition, you are sure to find the right item to take with you.

Quilt Exhibition
Over 1000 quilts will be on exhibit, along with a quilter's challenge (see Quilt Challenge page to enter) and special exhibits. 

Gift Gallery and Silent Auction
Make sure you see the areas where GVQC members are showing works for purchase -- it is sure to inspire and awe.

Food Court
Delicious eats are available on the second floor food court. Enjoy the view of the show from above!

Shoppers Raffle Baskets
Spend over $100 at our event with our vendors and your receipts will be added to our raffle for wonderful vendor baskets. Visit the 2009 Raffle Quilt table to enter.

Workshops
Join us for Lectures and Workshops during our three day festival. Workshops are at the RIT Gordon Field House.

Note – Our sponsors Baby Lock and Pfaff have equipped all classrooms with machines for each participant.

Lecture Series 

 

All lectures are held in the second floor seminar room of the RIT Gordon Field House. Seating is limited, and tickets are required. 

ALL lectures ARE $5. Tickets may be obtained at the entrance to the festival or ordered in advance. See our downloadable registration form by clicking here.
