The 2009 festival will exhibit
quilts from members as well as non-members. To submit your quilt to the
"Garden of Quilts" festival, please print a registration form
for each quilt, which can be found on the right, and mail to our
wonderful quilt coordinator.

2009 Quilt Show Entry Form Guidelines
- FORMS
Each entry must have a General Entry form.
- PHOTO
Each entry must have
a 3”x5” photo attached to a General Entry form.
- SLEEVE
Each quilt must have a 4” sleeve securely sewn to the top
back upon delivery. Failure
to provide a sleeve may result in your quilt not being exhibited
(instructions on page 3).
- ACCEPTANCE
Entries are accepted on a first come, first serve basis and
at the discretion of the GVQC.
- LIMITS
Enter up to 5 total.
To enter more
than five quilts, indicate the item's priority on the General Entry form.
Entries in excess of five from one quilter will be included
only as space permits.
- FEES
GVQC members free.
Non-members pay $10 each entry.
Make checks payable to Julie Brandon GVQC.
- WITHDRAWALS
To withdraw an entry call Pat Berardi at 585 223 3538 or email patberardi@yahoo.com
as soon as possible.
- DEADLINE
Entry forms must be postmarked between January 1, 2009 and April 1, 2009

- QUILT
DATE Your
entry must have been completed AFTER January 1, 2006
and not exhibited at the 2006 GVQC show
(unless it is a "vintage quilt" AND MADE PRIOR TO 1984)
- The
show committee reserves the right to re-categorize your quilt if
necessary.
- PILLOWCASE
Your quilt should be submitted in a pillowcase that has your
name and phone number printed in large black letters on the open
edge. This helps us keep
your quilt clean.
